Sierra Weir Thomas has a profound connection to nature. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a dual degree in Studio Arts and Art History. Sierra moved to San Clemente, CA upon graduation in 2013. Her relationship to the sea grew in the five years she resided by the Pacific. She returned to Colorado in 2018 where it became apparent her current surroundings influenced her art the most.

Sierra is a passionate skier, surfer, and wanderlusting traveler. She shares a home in Denver, CO with Benjamin the cat, Bean the bunny, and her husband, Matt.
